Friends debut The Very Interesting Lecture Series

friendslogoThe Friends of the Berkshire Athenaeum have scheduled a unique winter programming series. Plan to join us on four evenings at 7 pm for offerings on science, history, technology and law.

  •  January 28th, 7 PM: “Parallel Universes” presented by Friends’ President Florian Ptak.
  •  February 4th, 7 PM: “Digital 3 D Printing with art display” presented by Pittsfield artist Phillip Webster.
  • February 11th, 7 PM: “The US Constitution” presented by local attorney and Berkshire Community College professor James Arpante.
  • February 26th, 7 PM: “Shay’s Rebellion” presented by Massachusetts Historical Society author Gary Shattuck

These lectures are free and open to the public. Sponsored by the Friends of the Berkshire Athenaeum, with over 75 years of service to Pittsfield’s public library.
