Genealogy Workshop: Thursday, April 5, 12 & 19, 10 am – 12 noon

Genealogist Alan Horbal will present a  basic  course on finding your ancestors using the 1900 through 1930 United States Census and  various other relevant websites.  This three-part series will be offered in the Athenaeum Computer Lab on  Thursday,  April  5, 12, and 19, from 10am to 12 noon.

Websites to be reviewed include stevemorse.org, ellisisland.org, castlegarden.org and familysearch.org.  Athenaeum laptops will be made available for this hands on workshop.  The class is open to the public; however space is limited. Registration is required and may be made through the  Athenaeum Local History & Genealogy Department at 499-9480 x6.
